SDMI has an amazing staff that has helped me through my cancer treatments. From the beginning, when installing my port, they held my hand and told me stories about survivors in their families and were very thorough in explaining everything they were doing and how the port would work. I returned to them to have my port removed again, and again I was treated with kindness, patience, and given a thorough understanding of what the procedure was going to entail. I have had several scans since then and even though it was different staff members, they were also very kind and informative of each procedure.
As always, your staff was efficient, polite and courteous, making me feel important and well cared for.

Had an MRI done today. I have stage 4 lung cancer and was in extreme pain and experiencing severe weakness. The tech was fabulous and wheeled me to my car and helped my friend get me in the car. Susan was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you Susan, you are a star employee. Wish everywhere I went there were employees like you.
I had a good experience at SDMI for my MRI. I think the name of my technician was Jerome. I was nervous, however, he was very calm and did not seem to be in a rush. Jerome was organized, professional, and sensitive to all my concerns. Thank you so much! Awesome job!
I had a good experience at SDMI for my yearly mammogram. I had been delaying this appointment because of [other health concerns], but my doctor said it was ok to have the mammogram.
