Our Scheduling Dept. is available from Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm to help you find a date, time and location that works for you.

Please Note: X-rays are done on a walk-in basis until 4:30pm at each of our 7 locations. No appointment needed.

Rescheduling an Appointment

We do recognize that emergencies arise that may cause you to miss your scheduled appointment time. If you find that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us at 702-732-6000, option 2, to reschedule.

Please bring a copy of your insurance card, a valid ID, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.  If you are the guardian or POA of our patient, please also bring documentation to this effect.

Yes. SDMI will file your primary, secondary and even tertiary insurance to verify what portion of your visit they will cover.  Any residual balance will be billed back to you, the patient.

Time of visit charges vary greatly by the type of insurance and type of procedure.  To find out exactly what you will need to pay at the time of service, please call our Insurance Verification Department at 702.515.8410.

If you are having more than one medical procedure or appointment within a close period of time, we may not be able to verify your charges until the day before your visit to SDMI.

You can either obtain the results of your scan from your referring provider, or request them through the SDMI Patient Portal here.  Your provider will have a copy of the report within a week of your visit date.
