I consider this as the finest service i have had the opportunity to receive. Everyone was superb and friendly.

The first MRI was stopped because I was claustrophobic. There was no panic on the part of the staff . I was treated with respect and kindness.

The rescheduling was done so that I received sedation. The rest was clock work. Thank you for the experience!

Never have I been treated so kindly from medical staff.  The receptionist noticed me right away and asked me if I was alright.  A young lady took me to my car to get my water. Thank you for making me feel at ease about my procedure. These are the kind of people who helped me feel comfortable and I will certainly remember all of you.

Rhoda greeted me at the front desk with a stunning smile and fun personality! She is awesome! The rest of the front desk staff was also polite, however she stands out as a MAJOR asset to your company, as does Kelly the gal who did my mammogram. Kelly is gentle, caring, compassionate and absolutely wonderful! I had an excellent experience at your facility, quick and painless!

I have been a patient at SDMI for over two years. Yearly mammo and chest x-rays. I love the facility. Super clean, great staff, friendly techs, no long waits. Everyone is very professional and efficient. I get both my procedures done within an hour. I’m a very happy patient!

In the past 2 months, I have had 2 MRI’s and x-rays on my back at your Tenaya office. I am very pleased and impressed at the friendliness, kindness and efficiency of all of the staff that I have encountered there. They all were very professional and took the time to explain what was happening during the procedures. As a long-time nurse myself, I appreciate all of these qualities. Never have I been treated so kindly from a medical staff. When I arrived, I entered on my walker and instantly plopped myself into a wheelchair conveniently placed by the front door thank goodness). The receptionist noticed me right away and asked me if I was alright.  I replied “yes, just tired and not used to the walker yet”. To the young lady who took me to my car to get my water, thank you. I’m glad I had it because another young lady was concerned that I was going to have a long wait and brought me something to eat. Thank you, it was very good and I felt much better after eating. To the gentleman who wheeled me back for my x-ray, what a sweetheart. Thank you for making me feel at ease about my procedure.  And finally, the lady who did my x-ray, very sweet very professional -thank you. These are the kind of people who helped me feel comfortable and I will certainly remember all of you.
