Since our inception in 1988, our locally owned and operated business has focused on building a patient-friendly environment and treating every person who walks through our door like a VIP.
As we kick off 2023 we have a few updates that you’ll come across.
For many years, we’ve proudly served the Las Vegas Valley — including the downtown area, North Las Vegas, the northwest, southwest, and even Henderson. Now, SDMI is proud to share that we will be expanding with a new location in Summerlin.

This means we will soon have 11 total locations across the city, making us more convenient and accessible to you than ever before.
Once the location is officially open, as always, you’ll be able to schedule your appointment online. Stay tuned for this location’s hours of operation and other details.
SDMI has implemented online registration allowing you to fill out all of that paperwork in the comfort of your own home.
We want to make the payment process as quick, easy, and secure for our patients as possible.
SDMI will be going cashless starting in 2023. We will accept credit and debit cards, including HSA cards. Additionally, you will still be able to pay your bill online. We accept most insurance, and you can apply for financial assistance, too.
In the past, Steinberg Diagnostic accepted walk-in appointments for x-ray imaging. Moving forward, all x-rays require advanced scheduling. While we understand that walk-ins can be beneficial, we believe that requiring all patients to schedule ahead of time will allow us to serve you in a more expedient manner.
X-Rays are performed Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. We also have extended hours for certain imaging services, including MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms.
If you’re having any trouble scheduling online, or you have questions you need to be answered before you can book a time, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
To ensure all patients are scheduled as accurately as possible SDMI now requires a referral prior to scheduling. What does this mean for patients? Once we receive your referral from your doctors office we will call/text you inviting you to schedule, no need to contact us prior to that. If your doctor gives you a copy of your referral, call us and we will send you a secure text link to snap a quick pic and send your referral over.
