Gricelda moved to Las Vegas in 2003 and began her career in healthcare with Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy as a Front Desk Scheduler. She joined Team SDMI in 2014 as a Front Desk Lead, her dedication to patient care and customer service quickly saw her promoted to Office Manager, first at the Centennial Hills location and then to a busier office in the Southwest. After 6 years in the facilities, Gricelda sought out a new challenge and applied for the role of Call Center manager. In 2020, she was offered the position and transitioned to overseeing 75 people quickly learning the ins and out of a call center and the scheduling division of the organization. Her time at the front desk has helped her to understand the patient journey from start to finish.
Outside of the office, Gricelda and her husband can be found chasing after their two adorable kids.
