In 2014, Maria Villegas-Martinez worked in the billing department at SDMI, she took the opportunity to take time off to stay home and raise her sons. Her commitment to SDMI and patient care brought her back in 2018 where she re-joined Team SDMI as an admitter at the Northwest (Tenaya) Location. Over the next 2 years, she was promoted to Assistant Office Manager and then Office Manager when SDMI #9, Craig Rd, opened in 2020.
Maria is a proud mom of two, grandma of two, aunt of four and sister to one, all boys. She jokingly will tell you no girls in the family…..yet.
